Angry Blow Scroll
怒りの一撃の札 Ikari no Ichigeki no Fuda
The Angry Blow Scroll (怒りの一撃の札, Ikari no Ichigeki no Fuda) is a magic scroll available in Suikoden II and Suikoden III. In Suikoden III, it is called the Berserk Blow Scroll.
Information
The scroll was embedded with the low level attack magic of the Lightning Rune, "Angry Blow.". It was intended for use by those not proficient in runes and as such did not require a Lightning Rune to use.
If used in battle, it could unleash a small lightning strike on a single enemy, inflicting damage.
