The Letter of Introduction (しようかい状, Shōkaijō) is an event item in Suikoden II.
Information
This letter was required to meet with Makai, the plenipotentiary of Two River City. The letter was given to the hero by Fitcher when he visited New Alliance Army Headquarters and invited the hero to Two River in the hopes of fostering an alliance.
The letter was stolen by Chaco along with the hero's potch as soon as he entered Two River City, however, sparking a long quest to get it back. The letter would eventually be returned to the hero by Great Wing Susu but by that point was no longer needed.
