The Dog Whistle (いぬぶえ Inubue) is a special equipment item in Suikoden II.

Information

This whistle made a special sound that could only be heard by kobolds. It was used by Gengen, Gabocha, and others to assemble a kobold squadron for the 100 Kobold Attack.

This whistle was not sold to the public, but was obtained as a prize at the "Rope Climbing" climbing competition at New Alliance Army Headquarters.
