Early in the Dunan Unification War, this headquarters was established by the leader of the New Alliance Army. Established at the ruins of North Window Castle, the base was where the New Alliance Army, aided by Shu, began their resistance against the Highland Army, repelling their forces in battle and bolstering the spirit of then-occupied South Window Principality.

The headquarters would continue to grow and expand during the war, as word of its security spread. By the end of the war, it was something of a large town in its own right.
