—  Zorak

Zorak is the father of Tengaar and the leader of Warriors' Village. Zorak has a high amount of proud of his heritage, often trying to share the legends and culture of Warriors' Village with others[1], despite Tengaar and Hix's reactions against him doing so[2]. When Neclord demanded Tengaar, Zorak attempted to keep his daughter in his house, for fear that Neclord would show up to claim her[3]. When Tir McDohl and his party arrived, Zorak took them into his home, explaining the situation[4] as well as telling them of the customs of Warriors' Village[5]. Zorak entertained his audience with the story of how he had inherited his position[6] until the sun set, prompting Cleo to remark upon how much Zorak enjoyed talking[7]. Zorak offered to tell them another story[8], but Tir and his companions opted to rest. Zorak wished them a good rest and wondered if perhaps he could finish his story in the morning[9].

In the morning, however, Neclord arrived at the village, seeking Tengaar, which he claimed should have been obvious to Zorak[10]. Zorak vowed that Neclord would not take Tengaar[11]. Zorak warned Neclord to leave Warriors' Village or witness their power[12], but when they attacked Neclord, they were unable to injure him. Remarking that he supposed that this was the best that humans could do[13], Neclord turned his attention to Tengaar. Tengaar negotiated with Neclord, offering to go with him provided that he did not injure the villagers of Warriors' Village[14].

After Tengaar and Neclord had left, Zorak told Tir McDohl and Viktor of Qlon Temple[15], which Zorak claimed hid a secret[16]. When they returned, Zorak was curious to find out what they had discovered[17], but was skeptical at first of the power of the Star Dragon Sword[18]. When the Star Dragon sword touted it's prowess in slaying vampires[19], Zorak declared that it was wonderful, and told Tir and his party that he and his men were going to go to Neclord's Castle, incensed by the wedding invitations that Neclord had sent them[20].

After they had arrived at Neclord's Castle, Zorak attempted to rally his men, vowing that now was the time they showed the power of Warriors' Village[21]. When Neclord appeared, Zorak demanded his daughter returned[22], but Neclord refused, preventing all but Tir McDohl and his party to enter his castle[23]. Zorak begged Tir to rescue Tengaar[24], and even granted Hix full warrior status in order that Hix, too, may help rescue Tengaar[25].

After defeating Neclord, Tengaar and her rescuers made their way back to the bottom of the castle, where Zorak greeted her with concern[26] and Tir and his party with gratefulness[27]. Zorak formed an agreement with the Toran Liberation Army, vowing that the warriors of his village would serve the Toran Liberation Army and obey Tir's commands[28].

When Tengaar decided that she would join the Toran Liberation Army, Zorak encouraged Hix to go with her, noting that Tengaar needed protection and that once she had made up her mind, Zorak was unable to stop her[29]. During the last battle, Zorak led his men to Gregminster in order to assist the Toran Liberation Army[30]. Speaking on the war, Zorak claimed that it had been a wonderful one and began to speak of his ancestor, Clift the Crusader[31], but the Toran Liberation Army charged into Gregminster before he could complete his story.
