The Thunder Runner Scroll (走る雷撃の札, Hashiru Raigeki no Fuda) is a magic scroll available in Suikoden II.
Information
The scroll was embedded with a spell from the Lightning and Thunder Runes, "Thunder Runner". When used, When used, an electric shock would run through the earth in a straight line, damaging all enemies who come into contact with it.
