Fried Pork Cutlets (トンカツ, Tonkatsu), Tonkatsu in the 1999 localization, is a recipe in Suikoden II. It is Recipe #27 in the game.

Information

A cut of pork fillet dipped in egg and bread crumbs and deep fried in oil. Cream Cutlets, which uses Mayonnaise as a seasoning, was a favorite dish of warriors because it could make them feel Invulnerable when consumed during battle.

This recipe was the specialty of the Black Dragon Cooking Clan's Gyokuran.
