The Premium Pack (プレミアムパック, Puremiamupakku) was the third booster set for Genso Suikoden Card Stories. It retailed for 300 yen per pack.

Each pack came with ten cards inside - nine normal cards and one Star Parallel or Radiance Star Parallel card. There were also five special art cards that weren't used for game play. The art cards were considered fairly rare. The Premium Pack featured characters and situations from Suikoden II, with the character art and designs from Ishikawa Fumi, though there is also a a card for Nash.
