The Shining Wind Rune (光る風の紋章, Hikarukaze no Monshō) is a rune which appears in Suikoden II and Suikoden III.
A unique rune borne by Feather, it was one of the lower order variants of the Wind Rune. It grants the Shining Wind wind-element attack which upgrades (single, horizontal row, whole) as the magic level of the bearer grows. It was also more effective against flying enemies.
