The Bolt of Wrath Scroll (天雷の札, Tenkaminari no Fuda) is a magic scroll available in Suikoden II.
Information
The scroll was embedded with a spell from the Lightning and Thunder Runes, "Bolt of Wrath". When used, this spell scroll would generate storm clouds which would drop a thunderbolt on a single enemy, inflicting intense scorching damage.
