Cheek Guards (ほおあて, Hō-ate) are a type of equipment available in Suikoden II.

Information

These served as protective gear for the cheeks. They are made of iron and are often used in combination with a helmet to provide a full helmet effect.

Since it is only an additional accessory, it does not provide much protection on its own.
