The Sylph Rune (シルフの紋章, Shirufu no Monshō) is an attack rune which appears in Suikoden II.
This mysterious rune reduced the vitality of its bearer when activated in order to help heal the rest of the battle party. It is said that it was a very rare rune and could be obtained by defeating the Pink Birds that appeared around Rockaxe during the Dunan Unification War.
The rune was named after the sylph, a type of spirit said to be related to the Wind Rune somehow.
