- This article is about the Guardian Deity statue item. For the nefarious scheme of the Black Dragon Cooking Clan, see Dragon Plan.

Dragon Plans (ドラゴン設計図, Doragon Sekkeizu) are a collectable item in Suikoden II. They can be found across the land and given over to the player's sculptor, eventually allowing them to construct the Guardian Deity statue.
Information
These blueprints were needed to create a dragon Guardian Deity statue. Like the other plans, it is divided into four parts: the head, body, legs, and tail.
Locations
There are a total of four Dragon Plans scattered around the Dunan region. If the player hands them over to Jude at New Alliance Army Headquarters, they will be able to use those plans in constructing the Guardian Deity statue.
| Name | Subject | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Dragon Plans #1 | Guardian Deity Plans Legs | Jude already has these plans when recruited |
| Dragon Plans #2 | Guardian Deity Plans Tail | Rakutei Mountain (treasure chest) |
| Dragon Plans #3 | Guardian Deity Plans Body | Tinto City (man in house) |
| Dragon Plans #4 | Guardian Deity Plans Head | Rockaxe Castle (treasure chest) |
