History
|
Dana first encountered Izak with fear, intimidated by the imposing swordsman. However, upon seeing him quietly tending flowers, she warmed to him and their friendship began to grow.
Precocious by nature, she often dismissed activities as being "for children," yet she was genuinely kind-hearted and came to be regarded by Izak almost as a granddaughter. Her father was an old friend of Bartholomew, and Dana expressed her hope of seeing Bartholomew and Izak spar someday.
When the Kooluk Empire attacked Iluya Island, Dana was among the many victims. Kate discovered her gravely wounded on the beach, but Dana managed to see Izak one final time. She passed away peacefully with a smile on her face, comforted by his presence.
