Kage (カゲ, Kage) is a character in the original Suikoden game. He is a lone ninja and a mercenary for hire.

Kage is a lone ninja, unattached to sentiment or law. He believes only in the contracts he agrees to and will take any job for the right price. His only goals are to carry out the terms of his mission coldly and efficiently and never to betray a contract he has agreed to.

Later, he met the leader of the Liberation Army at the Secret Factory. He agreed to fight for 20,000 potch, forming a contract with the Liberation Army that would last the remainder of the war.
