Turtle Plans (亀設計図, Kame Sekkeizu) are a collectable item in Suikoden II. They can be found across the land and given over to the player's sculptor, eventually allowing them to construct the Guardian Deity statue.

Information

These blueprints were needed to create a turtle Guardian Deity statue. Like the other plans, it is divided into four parts: the head, body, legs, and tail.

Locations

There are a total of four Turtle Plans scattered around the Dunan region. If the player hands them over to Jude at New Alliance Army Headquarters, they will be able to use those plans in constructing the Guardian Deity statue.

Name Subject Location
Turtle Plans #1 Guardian Deity Plans Legs Two River Principality (Rockadillo drop)
Turtle Plans #2 Guardian Deity Plans Tail Greenhill Principality (Ragged One drop)
Turtle Plans #3 Guardian Deity Plans Body Rakutei Mountain (Hawk Man or Sky Knight drop)
Turtle Plans #4 Guardian Deity Plans Head Headquarters (Rope Climbing Hero League 1st prize)
