Sancho (サンチョ, Sancho) is a supporting character who appears in Suikoden. Sancho is the faithful squire of Maximillian, leader of the Maximillian Knights.
Biography

Sancho was a former knight who served as the loyal squire of Maximillian. He accompanied his master in his attempt to aid in the Toran Liberation Army's attack on Moravia. He joined the army, along with his master, after encountering its leader at the Northern Checkpoint.
Sancho was always anxious about his master's well being and followed him everywhere. Following the end of the Gate Rune War, Sancho continued to serve his master. However, he was unable to attend to Maximillian during the Dunan Unification War as he was visiting his home at the time.
Trivia
- Sancho has one of the few alternative endings in Suikoden. His ending will change if Maximillian dies in a war battle before completing the game. His new ending states "Puts flowers on his master's grave daily."
