Fitcher (フィッチャー, Ficchā) is a character in Suikoden II. Fitcher is a clever politician who worked for several of the Jowston City-States.

Fitcher was a politician who worked in Muse City and was third in line for the role of mayor[1]. Despite being quite intelligent, Fitcher used a dummy act to try to make people underestimate him[2].
Following the fall of Muse, Fitcher escaped to Two River Principality, working for Makai. During a reconnaissance mission to South Window Principality, Fitcher wound up stuck when the Highland Army destroyed the bridges between South Window and Two River[3]. Fitcher approached the New State Army after hearing that they had defeated Solon Jhee, and asked if they would consider working with Two River and giving him a ride home.
When Fitcher arrived in Two River, he found a less than favorable welcome and was nearly whipped by Ridley Wizen for lying to Two River. However, he was saved when Hero (Suikoden II) arrived and corroborated his story. Fitcher's employment under Two River did not last long, however, as Shu requested his services after seeing Fitcher anticipate and help foil a complicated Highland plot.
Fitcher played a vital role in aiding the New State Army in Greenhill City, providing forms for them to pose as students and aiding Shin and Nina in escaping. Fitcher became the acting mayor of Muse during the Dunan Unification War, after Jess abdicated from the position.
Following the war, Fitcher returned to Muse, where he was elected as mayor[4].
