Eileen (アイリーン, Airīn) is a supporting character in Suikoden who makes a cameo in Suikoden II. A dedicated family woman, Eileen is the wife of Lepant and the mother of Sheena.

The wife of Lepant, Eileen is said to be one of the two things Lepant treasures above all else[1]. Eileen is fiercely loyal to her husband, and was known to spoil her son, Sheena, in his youth. During the Gate Rune War, the Toran Liberation Army attempted to recruit Lepant, but Lepant refused; though sympathetic to their cause, Lepant could not bear to think of how his wife would miss him[2].
Lepant's answer quickly changed when the new Military Commander of Kouan, Kraze Miles, kidnapped Eileen. Furious, Lepant set out to rescue his wife, slaying multiple guards with help from Tir McDohl. After slaying Kraze Miles and rescuing Eileen, Lepant declared that she was no longer his wife[3] as he was going to join the Toran Liberation Army and would not likely be able to return[4]. Eileen, however, refused to consent to this, calling Lepant a cruel man[5] and, despite Lepant warning her that she would suffer should she come with him[6], Eileen responded that she had been prepared for the worst since she had married him[7] and joined Lepant in joining the Toran Liberation Army. The two quickly traveled to Toran Castle.
Eileen's son, Sheena, also eventually came to join the Toran Liberation Army. Eileen often served as a calming influence to Lepant's personality and helped to point out that Sheena, whom Lepant was often frustrated with, was much like Lepant at the same age.
Following the end of the Toran Liberation War and Lepant's ascension to the Presidency of the Toran Republic Eileen was said to always be by Lepant's side[8], some say Eileen has become the most powerful person within the nation, as Lepant is unable to talk back to her.

- Eileen is a Irish name meaning "pleasing."
- Nothing different will happen in Suikoden if you bring Eileen along with Lepant to recruit Sheena.
- Although Eileen will protect both Lepant and Sheena in battle, only Lepant will reciprocate the favour.
