Warren (ウォーレン, Wōren) is a supporting character in Suikoden. Warren is a noble sympathetic to the liberation movement within the Scarlet Moon Empire.
Biography

Warren was a respected noble residing in the northern region of Senan[1], famous for both his wealth and his honour[2]. As such, he harboured many fugitives during the Gate Rune War before being captured by Kasim Hazil and being taken to Moravia[3]. Before his capture, he instructed his servant, Taggart to go to Toran Castle and to inform Tir McDohl of what happened[4].
He was later rescued, along with Viktor, who had assured Warren that the Toran Liberation Army would come for them[5]. Following his rescue, Warren would go on to become one of the more prominent members of the liberation movement.
Following the end of the war and the foundation of the Toran Republic, Warren became the first Chairman of the Republican Congress[6].
