The Republican Army (共和軍 Kyouwa Gun) was the national army of the Toran Republic, established following the fall of the Scarlet Moon Empire at the end of the Gate Rune War.
Kwanda Rosman served as the Republican Army's Commander-in-Chief in the aftermath of the Gate Rune Wars[1]. Kasim Hazil was also offered the post of Commander-in-Chief but turned it down in order to concentrate on the defense of Moravia[2]. Other former Toran Liberation Army officers who achieved positions of note in the Republican Army include Camille, who was appointed the instructor for spearmanship within the army[3] and Kai who was given the position of martial arts instructor[4]. Valeria was stated to have become a Commanding Officer within the army also[5].
