Kun To (クン・トー, Kun Too) is a supporting character in Suikoden. A sea-faring merchant and trader, Kun To transported the Fire Spear from Kirov to Toran Castle for the Toran Liberation Army.

Kun To is a merchant living in Kirov who made his living through sea trade[1]and was said to own at least ten boats[2]. In addition to his dealings through trade, Kun To was also willing to smuggle cargo, although the crackdown on such activities by the Scarlet Moon Empire prevented Kun To from doing much such activity during the Gate Rune War[3]. An old friend of Tai Ho[4], Kun To employed Tai Ho in the past[5] and felt indebted to Tai Ho for some unspecified service[6].
During the war, Tai Ho travelled to Kirov and asked Kun To if the Toran Liberation Army could use 10 of his boats. Though hesitant to do so due to the Scarlet Moon Empire's naval crackdown, Kun To agreed. When he realized that Tai Ho was a member of the Toran Liberation Army, he decided to join with him, becoming part of the merchant unit. During his time with the Liberation Army, Kun To commented that as a sea-faring merchant, he hoped there would soon be peace[7].
After the war ended, Kun To became the head of the Merchant's Guild in the newly-founded Toran Republic, where he is said to wield much power[8]. He also continued to help his friend Tai Ho, this time helping Tai Ho run away from his wife Kimberly by becoming his employer once more and sending him to the City-State of Jowston[9].

- In the American version of Suikoden II, Kun To is referred to as Kun Tze, but this is a mistranslation, not a relative.
