Keneth (ケネス, Kenesu) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Keneth is a knight of Razril and friend of the hero.

Biography

Keneth was a Gaien Marine Knight trainee who graduated at the same time as Tal, Jewel, Paula, Snowe and his friend, whom he got along well with. He was an easy-going type of person who valued calm and collected decision making, earning him the trust of his friends that he returned in kind.
He held a strong belief in his friend's innocent after he was accussed of the murder of Glen Cott, supporting him covertly as well as part of the Island Liberation Navy. As befitting his personality, Keneth would rarely rush forward hastily and so readily deferred to his friend's command during the Island Liberation War.
Following the end of the war, Keneth would take up a leadership role as the Vice-Commander of the new Razril Marine Knights, serving under Katarina.
Some time later, rumours of imposters who impersonate Keneth and Katarina start spreading in the Island Nations. These imposters offer their help to travellers only to rob them out afterwards. Investigating in this matter, they soon confront the imposters at the ruins of El-Eal. Fortunately, Kyril accepted a request at the Quest Guild in Middleport from the Razril Marine Knights and comes by to help beating the mercenaries. After the battle, Katarina and Keneth join forces with him as Lino En Kuldes already requested of them to lend him their support. During this journey, he meets again with his old friends from the Marine Academy and invites them to a tour to show them how the Order has changed after they left the Knights. He also shows some concerns on how naval warfare will change after the Rune Cannons will be dissembled, but accepts that this is for the greater good. He is also very supportive of Katarina, assuring her that she is doing a good job as Commander of the Knights of Razril.
