The True Wind Rune (真なる風の紋章, Shin naru Kaze no Monshō) is one of the 27 True Runes. It is the rune of Luc and it appears in Suikoden III. It is also mentioned in Suikoden.
The True Wind Rune is one of the five elemental True Runes and governs the wind. As such, it is the parent rune of both the Wind Rune and the Cyclone Rune. It was borne by Luc, the apprentice of Leknaat. Luc was created as a copy of Hikusaak, leader of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia, in order to carry the True Rune. Along with powerful battle magic, the True Wind Rune could also be used to summon golems and was used for teleportation purposes.
