The Speed Rune (神行法の紋章, Shinkōhō no Monshō), known as Holy Rune in the 1996 localization of Suikoden, is a rune that appears in the original versions of Suikoden.

Information

This rarely seen rune boosts the walking speed of its bearer, making it possible to traverse great distances with ease. Its effect did not last long and was mainly used for traversing shorter distances. Its higher order variant was Stallion's High-Speed Rune.

Stallion also once gifted a Speed Rune to Hou and it would eventually be used by his son.
