The Azzodess (エムプーサ, Emupūsa) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden III.
Information
This monster was known to inhabit ruins, such as the Ceremonial Site and the Flame Champion's Hideaway. This creature had the appearance of a woman with wings, and in addition to attacking by flapping her wings, she also used high-level lightning magic.
The Azzodess could even summon monsters from another world to attack her foes, and those who were so attacked are said to be silenced out of fear.
Trivia
- This monster's Japanese name refers to the Empusa, a shape-shifting female being in Greek mythology, said to possess a single leg of copper and commanded by Hecate.
