The Council (評議会, Hyōgi-kai) is the name given to the assembly hall for the Zexen Council. It appears in Suikoden III.
Information
The Council building is located in the heart of Vinay del Zexay. As the finest building in the Zexen capital, it impresses the idea of the Zexen Council as the nation's highest authority.
There are several stores and other facilities inside, available to Zexen Council members and those with business with the council.
Chris Lightfellow was called to the Council building to meet the Zexen Council several times over the course of the War of the Champions.
