Nakil (ナキル, Nakiru) is a character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Nakil is a scout working under Asad in the Mage Forces.
History
Nakil served as a scout in the Mage Forces and was a member of Janam's Second Mage Company, reporting directly to Asad.
Although he could be laid-back and complain about his orders, Nakil was also fiercely loyal to Asad. Still, he continued to served in the Mage Forces even after Asad's defection to the Company. Angry at Asad's defection, 1st Empress Consort Shairah would intentionally send Nakil on dangerous missions.
Sent to conduct reconnaissance on Fort Arc, Nakil would end up almost being captured before being rescued by the Company and Asad. Realizing what had happened, Nakil also left the Mage Forces and joined the Company, serving under Asad once more.
Following the war, Nakil changed career paths, becoming a diplomat for the Kingdom of Salsabil, using his laid-back nature to help people open up.
Trivia
- Nakil has a strict recruitment time limit: the emergence of the Janam Desert. This seems to be imply that Nakil would die during the 11th world fusion without the player's intervention.
