Jale (ジェイル, Jeiru) is a major character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Jale is a close friend of the hero, both serving in the Citro Village Defense Corps.
History
Jale grew up with the hero from an early age in their youth, competing for the title of most misbehaved child in Citro Village. He matured and became much more reliable as he aged and was a member of the Citro Village Defense Corps, gaining the power of the Mark of the Stars alongside his comrades at the Eastern Hill.
Even when the hero because the leader of the Company, he would continue to support him alongside Liu and Marica. He was very perceptive of his friend's feelings and though he did not speak much himself would often try to act behind-the-scenes to lessen other's burdens.
Although normally calm and reticent, he would be agitated by the return of his mother, Selen. He was devoted to surpassing her as a warrior and was extremely stubborn about the matter. He would not even consider inviting her to join them in the Company until he could defeat her in battle.
Following the fall of the One King, he would continue to work as a valued member of the Company, alongside his mother.
