The Ceras Lake Ruins (セラス湖の遺跡, Serasu Mizūmi no Iseki) is a location seen in Suikoden V. It is an ancient Sindar ruin site located in the center of the Queendom of Falena.

Information

These ruins were located on the banks of Lake Ceras and lay in the center of the Queendom of Falena. These ruins were a legacy of the Sindar civilization and served as a sluice gate for Lake Ceras, which had no natural waterways.

Deep within the ruins, there was a door that opened in response to the Dawn Rune and at the deepest part of the ruins, an engraving that responded to the Twilight Rune was engraved there. This was the controls for the ancient sluice gate lay.

Using the sluice gate to direct a huge wave of water at Hatred Fortress was part of Lucretia Merces' strategy to ensure the Imperial City Recapture Army brought down the fortification.
