Appears in

The True Wind Rune (真なる風の紋章, Shin naru Kaze no Monshō) is one of the 27 True Runes. It is the rune of Luc and it appears in Suikoden III.

Information

The True Wind Rune is one of the five elemental True Runes and governs the wind. It was borne by Luc, the Destroyer who ignited in the War of the Champions in 475. Luc was created as a copy of Hikusaak, leader of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia, in order to carry the True Rune.

As Luc carried the rune, his soul would become intertwined with it, allowing him to see visions of the Grey World, the True Wind Rune's memories of the future. Desperate to avert this future, Luc would attempt to destroy the True Wind Rune, igniting the War of the Champions in the process. Following his defeat, the location of the rune is unknown.
