Taggart (ダカート, Dakāto) is a supporting character in Suikoden. Taggart is the servant of Warren who notified the Toran Liberation Army of his master's capture.

Taggart is a servant of Warren, serving his master in Warren's mansion. When Warren was captured by Kasim Hazil, Warren gave his servant orders to relay what had happened to Tir McDohl[1]. Taggart waited outside of the castle, until was captured by Krin and Kasumi[2]. He then kept silent until he saw Tir McDohl face to face[3] on Warren's orders[4].
Thanks to Taggart, the Toran Liberation Army could mount a rescue effort, freeing Warren and Viktor from Moravia. When Warren joined the Toran Liberation Army, Taggart followed his master. Taggart served in the Liberation Army for the duration of the Gate Rune War and continued to serve Warren following the war's end, becoming his assistant[5].
Trivia
- People may claim Taggart is useless, but at least he played a minor role in the plot, unlike Esmeralda.
