Gensosuikoden Genso Shinsho Vol. 4 2001 Spring Issue (幻想水滸伝 幻想真書 VOL.4 2001年 春号, Gensōsuikoden Gensō Shinsho VOL. 4 2001-Nen Harugō) is the fourth edition of the Genso Shinsho magazine series published between 2000 and 2004. The cover features the knights Alen, Grenseal, Camus, and Miklotov.
There is a feature on Gensosuikogaiden Vol.2, as well as the knights on the cover, several characters from Suikoden, several battle guides, introductions for the characters that appear as judges in the cooking mini-game in Suikoden II, and a guide to Muse and the area surrounding it.
