A Steel Shield (鉄のたて, Tetsu no Tate) is a type of equipment available in Suikoden. It was localized as the Iron Shield in the 1998 English localization of Suikoden.

The Steel Shield is a reasonably strong, mid-game defensive equipment.

Information

This steel shield holds sufficient strength and durability to block an enemy's attack. These shields have only been seen for sale in the armor shops of Kouan, at least in Toran.
