Withered Forest
枯れた森 Kareta Mori
Meta Information
Appearances
The Withered Forest (枯れた森, Kareta Mori) is a location in Suikoden V. It is the first dungeon-type area that the player visits in the game.
Information
This withered forest, which once surrounded Lordlake, was dried up the power of the Sun Rune following the Lordlake Uprising. There is no evidence of their former lush greenery and starving beasts now prowl the remains, making it a dangerous location.[1]
Toma once braved this forest in an attempt to find water and was attacked by a pack of starving Ulse. He would be rescued by the Prince, Lyon, Sialeeds, and Georg.[2]
