The first Battle with Teo was a battle in the Gate Rune War. It was fought between the Toran Liberation Army and the Scarlet Moon Imperial Army.
Almost immediately after the Liberation Army victory at the Second Battle at Scarleticia Castle, it was reported that the Imperial Army under General Teo McDohl was approaching Toran Castle. Although Liberation Army strategist Mathiu Silverberg advised a brief skirmish to test the Imperial Army's strength, the Liberation Army was stunningly overwhelmed by Teo McDohl's Armored Cavalry and took heavy casualties before managing to retreat.
The Imperial Army pursued the routed rebel forces and it was only the fact that Pahn fended off Teo in a one-on-one duel that prevented the complete destruction of the Liberation Army.
