The Chief of the Elves (エルフの長老, Erufu no Chourou, Elf Elder) is a minor character in Suikoden. The Chief of the Elves was the isolationist leader of the elven community atop Lukie Ende Towayo.

The grandfather of Sylvina, the Chief of the Elves ignored the threat of the Scarlet Moon Empire. He mocked those who warned him of Kwanda Rosman's plans to destroy the community with the Burning Mirror and even imprisoned those who tried to warn him.

The Chief of the Elves was one of the many elves killed when Kwanda Rosman's Burning Mirror destroyed Lukie Ende Towayo. He was succeeded by Kirkis following the Gate Rune War.
