—  Lotte
How did your cat cross the lake?

Lotte is a self-proclaimed magician who lived on the streets of Rikon with her cat. Skilled with magic, her rod was about as tall as Lotte herself but she nonetheless manipulated it with ease.

During the Gate Rune War, she agreed to aid the Toran Liberation Army after her lost cat was discovered in Kaku and returned to her.

Following the end of the war, Lotte moved into a small house in Gregminster with her cat.
