Tarascio Lucio (タラシオ・ルシオ, Tarashio Rushio) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. He is an acclaimed meat chef and one of the game's 13 unmet Stars.

Tarascio Lucio was a cook and student of Hortensius who eventually branched out, starting his own trends. After the HIY 100 Teras Pharma conflict, worked as the head chef at a first-class restaurant in the Holy City of Thaksis.
In HIY 112, post-retirement, he published a book of recipes he had perfected entitled Tarascio's Meat Complete. A copy of this book would end up among the prohibited documents stored at the hidden enclave at West Mt. Hioni. In HIY 300, Regius would charge Utze with delivering a copy of the book to Najin in Fairpeak, hoping to facilitate a meeting with the hero.
His book would delight the meat-cooking chefs of the Company. Both Bjorn and Numistro were great admirers of Tarascio and were all too amazed to learn his skills instantaneously, as Tarascio was indeed a Star of Destiny.
In a branch of the Infinity where the chains of causality had been broken, Tarascio ran Hortensius' Thaksis business in his master's place after he never returned from Mt. Hioni.
