Hervey (ハーヴェイ, Hāvuei) is a major character in Suikoden IV who also appears in Suikoden Tactics. Hervey is a young pirate who works under Lady Kika.

Hervey was a pirate who worked closely alongside Kika. Like Sigurd, he had been washed away during a battle against the pirate Steele and was rescued by Kika. Since then has loyally worked under her to repay that life-long debt. Skilled at fire magic, he had dubbed himself "Hervey the Furious".
As a novice pirate, he had served under Dario but found the relationship never became more equitable. Even by the time of the Island Liberation War, Dario would still try and pull rank in order to have Hervey cook for Dario and even massage his feet.
