The Chief of the Elves (エルフの長老, Erufu no Chourou, Elf Elder) is a minor character in Suikoden. The Chief of the Elves was the isolationist leader of the elven community atop Lukie Ende Towayo.

The grandfather of Sylvina[1] and leader of the elves of Lukie Ende Towayo, the Chief of the Elves racist attitudes allowed him to ignore the threat of the Scarlet Moon Empire even after they were attacked[2]. He mocked those who warned him of Kwanda Rosman's plans to destroy the community with the Burning Mirror[3] and even went as far as to imprison those who would question him[4] such as Kirkis, Valeria and Tir McDohl.
The Chief of the Elves was one of the many elves killed when Kwanda Rosman's Burning Mirror destroyed Lukiae Ende Towayo. He was succeeded by Kirkis following the Gate Rune War.
