Lester (レスター, Resutā) is a supporting character in Suikoden who makes a cameo in Suikoden II. Lester is a chef who specialises in making stews.

Lester was a chef working in Kirov who encountered Hero (Suikoden) after the leader of the Toran Liberation Army had sampled his stews throughout the town^[1]^[2]. Realising that Tir had to be someone special to appreciate his stew^[3], Lester decided to join the Liberation Army^[4].

Following the end of the Gate Rune War, Lester opened up a restaurant, specialising in his own specialty, stews^[5].
