Sunil (スニル, Suniru) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. She is the apothecary sister of Ephil and Ristil.

History

I got absorbed in collecting medicinal herbs and just got a little hot and dizzy.

—  Sunil

Sunil was an apothecary who worked out of the Bayan Oasis. Although she was clumsy and directionless, she had a reputation for making medicines. She was a descendant of Ketil. Previously, her husband was an apothecary in Hodos Village who died in the Martylion uprising 3 years ago. She became an apothecary after his death.

Her extreme lack of a sense of direction caused her to get lost in the Apiro Desert and she was found passed out by the hero and Moudi, who was an old friend of hers through her husband. After talking with them both, she decided her husband would have wanted to her to join the Company, and so she did.

Returning to Bayan Oasis for supplies, she helped to treat Guilleriga after he was attacked by the Vermilion Axe. She also introduced the hero to her sister, Ephil. Sunil's sunny disposition meant she got along well with her sisters but her natural ditziness was sometimes frustration to them and others. Chamjin was initially wowed by her similarity to the healing goddess of her ancestry, only to be brought down to earth by her air headedness.

Following the fall of the barrier, Sunil joined the hero's emigration fleet and opened up a medicine store on a new continent. There, she quickly ended up as an apothecary once again. In a branch of the Infinity where Renefarious continued to reign, despite being a laid-back person, Sunil had to work flat out every day to provide vital medicines for the departing emigration caravans.
