The Blueprint (設計図 Sekkeizu, Blueprint) was a detailed technical plan for the Fire Spear[1], purchased by the Toran Liberation Army from the dwarves[2]. The plans were delivered from the Liberation Army base in Lenankamp to the Secret Factory in Dana[3].
Odessa Silverberg helped deliver the plans from Lenankamp to Sarady[4] where the mercenary Kage took the blueprint, as scheduled, to the Secret Factory[5].
The Fire Spear derived from the blueprint would prove vital for the Liberation Army once it had grown, allowing the army to overcome Teo McDohl's Armored Cavalry[6].
