Kathy (キャシィー, Kyashi~ī) is a supporting character in Suikoden III. Kathy is a young rancher, wandering the Grassland with her team of horses.
Biography

Kathy is a cheerful horse rancher. She lives a nomadic life, bringing her horses to pastures to graze. She encountered the Fire Bringer on the North Amur Plain and agreed to come to Budehuc Castle when they helped her count the horses that had spread across the plain. There, she ran a ranch and following the War of the Champions branched out into holding horse races.
The treasure hunter Billy is her father, making Melville Kathy's half-brother.

- Kathy loves steak, a habit that apparently interrupts her dieting plans.
- She tries to avoid getting freckles whenever possible.
