Piccolo (ピッコロ, Pikkoro) is a supporting character in Suikoden III. Piccolo is a fortune-teller and magician residing at Budehuc Castle.

Piccolo is an old fortune-teller who runs his divination business out of a tent pitched on the grounds of Budehuc Castle.

He has a good-natured personality and is always smiling or laughing quietly to himself. According to Piccolo himself however, he was also the third pupil of the great magician Crowley in the past. He settled down at Budehuc Castle after wandering the world.

There, he would help Thomas revitalise the castle's fortunes and would later aid the Fire Bringer when the War of the Champions spread across the region. His fortune-telling abilities seemed to be spotty at best and he made a habit of recommending patrons to also visit Martha's fortune stand.

Following the war, he would lead a leisurely life, boasting of his participation in the war.

Trivia

• It is said the skeleton on Piccolo's neck was a corpse he shrank and that he can manipulate its movements with magic.
