The Grey World (灰色の世界, Haiiro no Sekai) is a location in Suikoden III. It is the world as seen in the future, through the 27 True Runes.
Information
The visions of the Grey World could only be seen by accessing the memories of a True Rune, showing the ashen landscape following the end of the world.
According to Luc, the power of Order (or Dharma) would soon dominate the future of the world, leading things to end with no life left, leaving only the Grey World. These visions, and the desperation to avert the coming of the Grey World, was what spurned Luc to attempt to destroy his True Wind Rune.
Trivia
- Depending on your choice of Flame Champion, your character's location in the Grey World will change; Chris will be at Brass Castle, Geddoe will be in Caleria and Hugo will appear at Karaya Village.
