The Running Water Root (流水根 Ryuusui Ne) is a dwarf treasure kept deep within the Dwarves' Vault[1]. During the Gate Rune War it was retrieved from the vault by the Toran Liberation Army as part of a challenge by the Chief of the Dwarves to prove that the vault could be successfully infiltrated by non-dwarves[2].
With the delivery of the Running Water Root, the Chief of the Dwarves agreed to believe that Kwanda Rosman had constructed the Burning Mirror[3].
