The Bucket (バケツ, Baketsu) effect is a status effect seen in several games of the Suikoden series.

Information

This status effect could be inflicted by yellow DoReMi Elves among other creatures. When a fighter was hit with the bucket status, the hit rate of their direct attacks were reduced by half due to the bucket blocking their view. This made it a very unpleasant status effect for groups that focused on direct attacks to deal damage.
