Agate Prison (アゲイト監獄, Ageito Kangoku) is a location that appears in Suikoden V. It is a secluded prison used by the Queendom of Falena to house political prisoners.
Information
Agate Prison was a prison built on a sandbar in the middle of one of the Feitas River's eastern branches. It was a facility that housed political prisoners and other such inconvenient enemies of the state, rather than convicted criminals.
Maintained by the Godwin Faction, Lucretia Merces, who served as a military strategist during the Armes Invasion was imprisoned here on the direct orders of Arshtat Falenas. Lucretia eventually won the sympathy and loyalties of her captors and with the aid of the Imperial City Recapture Army was able to escape.
Killey was also imprisoned in Agate Prison for infiltrating the Sun Palace under the charge of attempting to steal the Sun Rune.
